With the aim of contributing to the enhancement of knowledge and job skills for Vietnamese undergraduates to meet the demand for qualified employees in the era of Industry 4.0, on November 12, 2019, at Jeonju University, Korea, a signing ceremony of cooperation agreement between Cao Thang Technical College and Jeonju University, Korea, took place under the witness of Mr. Do Van Giang - Deputy Director - Department of Formal Training - General Department of Vocational Education - Ministry of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs.
Accordingly, graduates of Cao Thang Technical College can continue to study at Jeonju University in the following majors - Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics - at Bachelor’s level. Jeonju University will confer bachelor's degrees to those who are eligible to graduate.

On enrolling for a bachelor's degree program, students will be assisted in learning Korean language and provided with dorm rooms. In addition, Jeonju University will inform students of the fees, scholarships and regulations of Jeonju University as well as apply for insurance for international students studying in Korea. The partner will also assist students in complying with Korean laws and school regulations.
Students studying abroad can be supported when applying for a part-time job. After graduating, students who wish to return to Vietnam to work, Jeonju University will support them to find jobs in Korean businesses investing in Vietnam. In case they want to stay and work in Korea, they will also be able to find a job in Korea. After graduating and working in a company for more than 5 years, they can register for Korean citizenship as well.
Jeonju University has a 24/24 foreign student support center to help students in case of emergency, connect them with Korean students to exchange languages, connect students with Korean families for adoption etc. In addition, the Career Support Office also offers counseling sessions and arrange job placement according to students’ own wishes.
