Professor Hayashida Eiji further shared: students graduating from the KOSEN program have the opportunity to be recruited to work in companies in Japan if they have N3 standard Japanese language ability. When working in Japan, students have many opportunities for career advancement.

In addition, graduates of the KOSEN program are also given priority in recruiting job positions for Japanese companies in Vietnam. Working in Vietnam, the job does not require high Japanese language ability. However, the ability to advance at work will be more difficult. Because high-level job positions require both professional capacity and Japanese language ability to communicate and contact partners in Japan.

Communication is necessary in daily life as well as at work. However, to live and work in Japan, we need to learn Japanese. Coming to the seminar, there was also Mr. Cao Dinh Cuong - a 2003 alumnus of the Information Technology major, currently the director of EDSION HCM Co., Ltd., 100% capital from Japan, attending. Mr. Cuong has worked for a company in Japan for more than 4 years. From the difficulties when he first came to Japan to live and work, Mr. Cuong made an effort to learn Japanese to overcome language barriers. Currently, he has returned to Vietnam and works as a director for a Japanese company in Vietnam. In addition to his professional capacity and management ability, using Japanese is an important tool to help him complete his daily tasks. Mr. Cuong shared about the role of language in work and his experience learning Japanese. Through his speech, Mr. Cuong helped students orient and motivate them to clearly understand the importance of learning Japanese right from when they were students. Mr. Cuong also emphasized that setting goals and building your own journey is very important. He said students need to determine what is the purpose of learning Japanese?; What benefits will be gained if learning Japanese? From big goals, students need to set smaller goals and set up stages to achieve each goal.
