As planned, on Wednesday morning, April 26, 2023, the final round of the "Solar Boat Challenge 2023" competition took place at Cao Thang Technical College with the participation of 16 carefully selected racing teams out of the 56 teams from the qualifying rounds
Representatives of the school, Meng. Nguyen Cong Thanh and Dr. Do Chi Phi presented commemorative medals and letters of appreciation to the esteemed businesses that accompanied the competition
This year, the Industrial Electrical Department organized the competition in collaboration with the Youth Union of Cao Thang Technical College, providing a valuable academic playground closely tied to practical training activities in the field. Within the framework of the competition, it once again encouraged the spirit of learning and creativity for Industrial Electrical students as well as students in the technical field

Through the competition, the teams have demonstrated a spirit of continuous learning, passion, and creativity, as well as teamwork skills to solve practical problems in the industry. Dr. Phi also highlighted the close relationship between the university and the business community in all fields to improve the quality of education and meet the high demand for skilled labor in society.

Despite the scorching summer weather, a large number of students gathered around the competition venue to cheer on the participating teams. By 11am on the same day, the organizers had also announced the top-ranking teams in the "Solar Boat Challenge 2023" competition. The team "ỤM" from the Youth Union of CDN DCN 22A class was honored to win the first prize in the competition. The second prize went to the "Speed Boys" team from the Youth Union of CD DTTT22A class. The "ĐTTT 22A" team from the Youth Union of CDDTTT 22A class also impressed the judges and won the third prize of the competition. The fourth prize was awarded to the "Green Earth" team from the Youth Union of CDDDT 22C class, and the "Green Earth" team also won the prize for the most beautiful boat in the competition. In addition, the competition also congratulated the Youth Union of CDN DCN 22D class for winning the team prize. The "Innovation" prize was also awarded to the "VIBU" team from the Youth Union of CD DDT 22E class.
