The academy mamagement system is very necessary in Cao Thang Technical College (CTTC) because our school has over 10,000 students. So managing students studying not passed subjects and major disciplines have many difficulties. To solve these problems, IT department proposed  "building the academy mamagement software for Extension courses" including modules: students studying not passed subjects management. This system is built based on Microsoft .NET Framework. After implementing this system, it helps students managment, planning for academy, grading management, tuition fee managemnet,... become easily and exactly, time and effort saving of leaders, teachers and staffs in CTTC.
